Our weather was only marginally better than last, but at least we were not playing in the rain.
Congrats girls to your first U12 tournament. You showed how truly amazing each and everyone of you are!
Girls moving up to U12 GOLD After a very successful '08/'09 - U10 season, the FC Alliance will be moving up an age bracket this fall to Gold Level U12.

Soccer Tournament
Fairfax, Virginia - May 2009
With over 600 teams, 10,000+ players, this was one big gathering! There were a total of 46 - U10 girl teams playing this years tournament. This is the first time our girls played on Artificial TURF and was that truly a unique experience for us all. They had a really strong showing, and ended up placing 5th overall. Congratulations girls to a fantastic weekend up in Fairfax and Washington, DC. You really showed off your true talents and showed everyone that you are one of North Carolina's Best!
